Student Support

Our team works hard to provide a supportive learning environment and through our virtual campus we are available to answer queries, offer a helping hand and guidance when needed.

Studying a Certificate or a Diploma?

You will be assigned a student advisor who will provide you with pastoral support as needed. They are able to provide you with advice and support to help guide you through your learning journey.

You will also have access to experienced course facilitators who are dedicated to helping you achieve your study goals. They will track your progress within each course and will provide guidance and feedback on assessments and course materials. They will also be available to answer course questions.

We also have a dedicated IT Support team that is available Monday – Friday 9am-5pm who can help you if you have any technical issues.

Studying a Short Course?

Each of the Short Courses are developed and lead by expert instructors. You’ll be able to interact with them and with fellow students in online discussion areas.

Your Student Advisor

The eCampus NZ service is a supportive learning environment. Your student advisor will help you with everything from motivation, study support and advice, to answering general course questions. We will regularly check in and see how you are going and if you need help, we will step in to give you the guidance you need to kick your study back into gear.

Your Course Facilitator

The eCampus NZ course facilitators track your progress within each course. They will be there every step of the way offering helpful feedback on your assessments, answering your course questions and will provide you with the latest course information.

The eCampus NZ learning platform is being closed on 29 February 2024, as part of the completion of the amalgamation into Open Polytechnic | Te Pūkenga. Therefore, access to courseware for ākonga (learners) will be available for three months post course completion or 29 February 2024, whichever happens first.
