If you find yourself in an emergency and are unable to complete an assignment or just need some support, then get in touch with the eCampus NZ team.

One major advantage of studying through eCampus NZ is that our programmes are completed from home. This means that if for any reason it is difficult to travel, you can still do your learning from home.

eCampus NZ learners are based throughout New Zealand. If you are impacted by a weather event or emergency which impacts on your study, then don’t hesitate to contact us.

Available support

As a learner using the eCampus NZ platform, you have access to support resources on the Tō Tautoko website. You can also get personalised support from your facilitator, student advisor, our IT Support team and your enrolling institute.

If you need academic support, advice about planning and time management, help managing your mental and emotional wellbeing, or support with anything else that is preventing you from enjoying your study, don’t be afraid to reach out.

If you’re not sure who to ask about your situation, start with your student advisor.

Your student advisor

Our student advisors love hearing from learners and their whānau. If they can’t help, they’ll connect you with someone who can.

When you enrol, your student advisor’s name and email address will be sent to you with your study plan.

Your student advisor will support you as you progress through your course, helping you to find solutions and stay on track.

They can give you advice on study skills and time-management, help you to access resources and services and refer you to specialist support as required.

Your course facilitator

When you have a question about what you’re learning, your facilitator is the best person to ask.

Your course facilitator will track your progress within your course, providing guidance and feedback on assessments, helping you to access and understand course materials and answering your course-related questions.

They can also refer you to additional resources and services as required.

Your Support

You’ll find plenty of resources on the support site, Tō Tautoko, from resources on academic writing to instructional videos on how to use the eCampus NZ portal.

Spend some time exploring these pages and bookmark any you’ll find useful as you study.

Your enrolling institute

Don’t forget that you can access the student support and library services of the institute you enrolled with!

IT Support

There are many IT support resources available on Your Support’s Technical Support pages.

In addition, our IT Support team is available if you encounter technical issues when using the eCampus NZ platform.
