On this course you will learn how to communicate with others using digital technology and seek out information on line while understanding the basic dos and don’ts of online etiquette.

Just because you are not a computer specialist doesn’t mean that you can’t fix basic hardware and software problems. We all face them and sometimes there’s a simple fix – you just have to know what to do. Learn how to troubleshoot and fix basic hardware and software problems.

How long will it take?
This course is delivered over 10 weeks. NZQA guidelines suggest up to 100 hours of total study time for a 10 credit course. So to complete this course successfully in the 10 weeks you must be prepared to devote approximately 10 hours per week to your study. Depending on your previous academic online experience and course level this may vary to a certain degree.
This course is only available for part-time study which means that you are unable to study more than one course at the same time.
